Mel's Auto Glass

Mel's Auto Glass did a great job replacing my car windshield. They were fast, on time, professional, and the cost was more than competitive vs. national companies.

I hope I’m spelling her name correctly, but I especially want to thank Allison for going above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient in helping me figure out how to properly file the claim with my insurance company so that we could receive reimbursement. Honestly, she could have simply told me to contact the insurance company and handle it myself, but instead, she took the time to make calls and help me work through the entire process. She even stayed on the phone with me for a conference call to get everything sorted out. Throughout the whole process, she was patient, kind, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. As for the crack in my windshield, they were able to get me an appointment the very same day. The service was quick, and the technician was professional and explained everything clearly. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here. If I ever have another windshield or glass issue, I would absolutely come back, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you again, especially to Allison, for making what could have been a frustrating situation so much e

Mel's made scheduling super easy, was able to accommodate my request for OEM glass (and was able to get the OEM glass extremely quickly), had a price that was significantly less than other places quoted me, and completed the installation very quickly while I waited. The work (both glass installation and camera calibration) seems perfect. I will absolutely use Mel's again and recommend it to friends and family.

From the initial call to final pickup service was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to drop my suv off at the Reading road location. Continue with my plans for the day and pick up later. Highly recommend using. My vehicle needed calibration as well they did it all! 😊

Our windshield technician Geno was awesome. He was quick and very friendly. Cool guy it was a great experience overall. You can't tell there was ever a rock chip in our windshield. Will recommend Mel's Auto Glass to anyone who needs a repair. Thanks again!
